I specialize in working with teens, adults, and families navigating anxiety, codependency, people-pleasing, and the weight of trying to be everything to everyone. My approach is warm, direct, and rooted in the belief that healing happens when you feel genuinely safe — not just clinically supported. I bring evidence-informed tools together with faith-informed wisdom (if that resonates with you) and a whole lot of real talk, because therapy shouldn't feel like a performance either.
I see clients in person in Hattiesburg, MS and virtually throughout Mississippi and Tennessee. Whether you're a teen trying to figure out who you are, an adult who's tired of running on empty, or a family that just needs to find its way back to each other — there is space for you here.
